    Harvest Crusade July 19th

    Children are welcome; however no childcare is provided for this event.

    Summer Picnic

    The annual church picnic is coming up on August 10th at The Point. More details to come!

    Born Again – Part 3 (John 3:18-21)

    “He who believes in Him is not condemned;”

    Jesus did not come to condemn but rather to save us! This incredible freedom brought by Christ enables us to live the Christian life freely with His purposes in mind.

    Life Groups Update

    The following Life groups are meeting through the summer:

    Ed Knowles (Thursdays @ 10am) – Open group

    Women’s Group (Mondays @6pm) – Will be taking August off

    Update: David Bauer’s Life Group & Carolyn Vivian’s Life Group and Bill Valley’s Group are taking a summer break and will resume in September.

    Prayer Meeting – Wednesdays at 10:30am

    Join us every Wednesday at 10:30 AM for a time of prayer. Let’s come together in faith, lift one another up, and seek God’s presence. All are welcome—your prayers matter!

    Ready to make a difference?

    There are many opportunities to serve others at Bridge.

    • Family Room volunteers
    • Grounds maintenance

    “Lord Heal My Hurts” – a study by Kay Arthur

    This 13 week study will be led by Brenda Sizemore & Jenn Elroy at the church, Thursdays 6:30pm – 8:00pm beginning on August 21st.

    WANTED: Graphics Design Volunteer

    Do you have experience with graphic design for print and web? We can definitely use your help! If you have experience and are familiar with Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) please let Jenn Elroy know ASAP!

    Bridge Missions Update #30

    Latest missions update from Bridge Community: John & Maryann Pais – InFaith Ministries (American Missionary Fellowship)

    John and Maryann Pais serve in a variety of area ministries. They get to know local pastors and come alongside them to support their efforts to reach the surrounding community. John leads Bible studies and fills pulpits as needed. John and Maryann serve as area coordinators for their field, encouraging and supporting current InFaith missionaries and their ministries. John also serves as a volunteer chaplain at the Washington Correctional Center prison system.

    Ways to pray for John and Maryann:

    • Jesus conversations while camping in their RV
    • Pastoral fill at small rural churches
    • Volunteer Chaplain
    • Area coordinator ( 5 other pastors)

    Highlights at Bridge: “Born Again Part 2” – this Sunday, Life Groups Update – upcoming study and more!

    Born Again – Part 2 (John 3:9-17)

    “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should no perish but have eternal life.”

    Born Again – John 3:1-8

    “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (v3) What does it mean to be born again? Jesus’ emphatic statement should cause us to ask ourselves if we are born again!
